Our Goal
Our financial policies are based on the goal of open, honest discussion about recommended treatment options, respective fees, and patients’ budgets. If you have questions regarding your account with us, please call our office. We are available to address concerns you may have about the cost of services or your payment options.
Payment is due in full at the time services are provided unless prior financial arrangements have been made. We want our patients to be able to comfortably afford the dental treatment they need, so we offer several payment options to accommodate you.
Dental Insurance
We understand the value of insured patients’ coverage and will gladly work with you to get the maximum benefits available. When services are rendered, we will submit insurance claims for you as well as collect your deductible and estimated portion of charges at that time.
As a courtesy, we submit patients’ claims and follow up on your behalf. We also accept payments directly from insurance companies, thereby reducing your out-of-pocket expenses and the need for you to track your own claims.
Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. We are happy to help you determine your dental benefits and individual coverage for a particular service we offer. However, because insurance policies vary greatly, we will estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee it. Only after claims are reviewed by insurance companies can final payment be determined, and all charges incurred by requested treatments are the patient’s responsibility.
No Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards, as well as Flexible Spending and Health Savings plans. Additionally, we offer flexible financing through CareCredit® because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets.

We offer financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment with no upfront costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees.
